50-minute personalised sessions, online or by phone, offering a safe, confidential space to talk, reflect, and work through life’s challenges.

Flexibility
Sessions available via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or phone, allowing you to access support comfortably from your own space, wherever you feel most at ease.

A single, personalised 50-minute counselling session, delivered online or by phone, providing safe, supportive space to explore whatever challenges you’re facing.

Book six sessions in advance to build momentum and benefit from a small discount compared to booking individual sessions.

Book ten sessions at a reduced rate, offering consistent support over time and the space to work through deeper challenges at your own pace.

A 25% reduced rate is available for students or those receiving benefits.
Availability
Weekly Hours:
Mon–Fri: 9am–2pm
Mon, Tue, Thu: 7:30–9:30pm
Every other Saturday: 9am–1pm
These are standard working hours, but others could be negotiated to work for you.

It’s natural to feel nervous but your sessions are your space. If you don’t feel like the words are there, then I can support you in that, and if the words come then I am here to listen

Yes. Everything is confidential in our sessions and confidentially and safeguarding will be explained to you thoroughly

The only way to know if this is the right support for you is to try it. The bond between you and your counsellor is essential so it has to feel right for you

Yes, here at Inicio we cover a wide range of issues including grief and anxiety

Yes, most people have weekly or fortnightly sessions, but some like once a month and some need two in a week. It all depends on your needs and these may change in time

This can be discussed in our initial consultation

Counselling is typically a shorter term (6-12 weeks) process addressing current issues, whilst Psychotherapy is a longer term process focusing on healing and understanding underlying issues.
